    Amanat is the besy and versatile singer. He is not like raja singing just sukwinder and kalesh kher songs and also not like aneek who sings just sonu nigam songs. I don’t remember their any good performance if they have not sings other than these singers songs whereas amanat has sung songs of all the singers and still has given best performance. vote for amanat he is real talent and deserving winner.

    What ever the public voting, Amanat has won the contest. All the judges including Pandit Jasrajji mentioned u r the winner of this contest.
    Amanat has not only won the contest, he has won the hearts and minds of lots of people.
    To top it, he also got offers from producers (Farah Khan and Gupta) and music directors.

    If you look at the comments here a majority are in favour of Amanat. Also the judges and celebrity guests of dus kahaniyan all praised Amanat with tears, claps and smile on their faces. All of them are INDIANS. Indians have been praising Amanat for his talent. Wonder why some of the friends here are saying he will not win because he is pakistani.

    At the first place the indians gave him the chance to show his talent. If that is the issue, let Pakistan host similar show and invite indians to sing and let them vote an indian to atleast 3rd position.

    Anand Raj rightly mentioned, ye sarhad bol rahi hai, woh pareshaan hai. Like the great Jhonlennon said, music has no boundaries.

    What ever be the results of this contest, music has won in this contest. SA RE GA MA PA DHA NEE SAA…..

    It is really good to see some positives prevailing even on this discussion forum.

    Ali you are absolutely right…credit goes to the Indians to have dug out Amanat and his likes even from Pakistan and have adorned them more than anyone expected. Hats off to Ismail Ji in particular.

    However I think after the contest, how bollywood responds to each one of them depends purely on their individual talent, and on how well they have nurtured it. Luck will play the casting vote. But I must say that all three are impressive singers, if you do not comapre them with each other.

    We are in USA and watch Sa Re Ga Ma with passion.

    And rightly so as pointed by fellow posters that Amanat is way ahead by many many miles compared to the rest of the two. Mindwell I am Indian and my Indian friends whole heartedly support him, though I have never ever SMSed for any contestant any time.

    One thing that matters is that Music knows no boundries and as many of the guest singers have said on the show that Amanat is the winner no matter what the public says. VIshal Shekhar clearly support Amanat more – why? because he is THE BEST.

    And yes, Himesh looks cheap when he tries to pump up Aneek. Raja is good too, but not at the level of Amanat.

    AND the most important part in Amanat’s favour is his humbleness. He has kept his feet on ground and I can see that he is constantly learning. The other two, it seems to me are flying over success of the show only.

    Come on Raja. Raja is the best and a good human being too. He is a true performer and singing flows in his blood. He is a true singer who can excel before his crowd in concerts. He is a complete singer. So friends make way for Raja to wear his crown!! And may the final be the best episode of Sa re ga ma pa.

    i read some of the posts above…of course i too like amanat’s voice a lot (i have all the episodes of saragamapa so i watch it repeatedly ).
    raja is also good in his specific way…but Aneek…oh man , he by far and by very far is the best singer ever came into the show…if you have a music sense and you listen to indian (or pak) music a lot you’d easily figure out that Aneek is a flawless playback singer (as told by all the judges many times).The difference of “Participants” and “professional singer ” can be seen between other and Aneek….however nowadays he is getting a petty response thanks to the most stupid person on the show i.e. Himesh Reshamiya.He turned all wind against aneek dhar by his so called emotional crisis (damn you HR).
    anyways..whatever is the outsome..Aneek Dhar , you are the best singer this show has EVER received

    Amanat is undoubtedly the best qawali and ghazal singer. Aneek the best singer of romantic songs and Raja is the best in (Piya haji ali and allah ke bande) type of songs. On overall Amanat is the most versatile, but Raja has got tons of class and Aneek has an infallible simplicity. So who’s gonna win?!!
    Go on Raja and take your crown in sa re ga ma pa.

    Amanat was the best, will be the best. raja has a typical style which is good for certin types of songs. aneek is also very good. but as indian gurus said that amanat is the best yes he is. dont worry amant if u do not win. it was all pre plained as we see the final episode in CANADA. but the main thing is that all top 10 are very good and if they practise hard they will be the future of singing world

    SaReGaMaPa…was a good attempt by Zee TV to draw a greater international audience. In that sense it succeeded. The main reason for its success is however the fact that there were a number of pakistani singers on the show. Hadn’t that been the case, this show would not have risen higher than the level of its predecessors such as Indian Idol etc, voice of India, Antakshri, nach ballye etc. which were exclusively Indian shows.

    However, we in Pakistan have a general feeling about India, which unfortunately was proven right once again in this show. Pakistanis think that while Indians will talk BIG, try to act BIG…but sadly enough inside there hearts they think and act small…without a fail. I am not a sarcastic crtic… but some facts are too visible to be given any other meaning.

    I think if Zee TV had gone fairly about the whole thing (There are lots of evidences that they did not) there would have been much more respect for India and a huge fan following for the Indian channels in Pakistan….unfortunately another huge opportunity lost.

    It is hard to beleive that Aneek who was losing in all international votings on the net and opinion pollss sprang up from nowehere and WON. Even ur own gurus were clear on who was the winner. It is even more difficult to palate that Amanat was ‘proven’ worse even than Raja Hassan, who while a great awani-type singer epert in high pitch songs, was no way closer to the mahab Ali….and that too by jsut a few thousand votes.

    I was sad to hear one comment about Hindu-Muslims and hatred above. With this kind of thinking (and actions apparenlty fortifying these feelings), what you can really achieve…I am wondering

    I always tell my Indian friends that while India is big in size, it should also be big in heart….if it wants to lead in the region.

    Can we come out of that India vs. Pakistan thinking ??? It’s terribly upsetting to read individual’s comments about the India Big or Pakistan small. Music is above all those boundaries. Whoever wins or loses , Amanat had won it long back and than reiterated with “Tujhse Naraz Nahi…” Amanat is not there as Pakistani or Indian, he is a singer, an artist. Sarhado ke alawa bhi kuch socho.Prove it that “ek lakeer takdeer nahi likh sakti”.Pls. do not bring “siyasat in singing”. Pehle bhi bahut kho chuke hai, ab bas karo. Amanat se Aman or dosti kayam karne ka sabak lo.

    Aneek is technically far ahead of all..thats what AManat and Raja themselves said in an interview. Anyone who knows music will know Aneek’s voice is most clear. That was again evident in today’s programme in Zee News where Aneek and Amanat sang without any instruments..Aneek’s voice stood out. But the most touching thing was the obvious love between these two contestants and I thought its so foolish that their so called fans are fighting among themselves when these two have become such great fans. Amanat will be a big star in India like Adnan Sami.So my PAkistani friends please do not call Indians as biased.

    I am a music lover, indin and bengali, but i reside in Rajasthan.
    Going through these posts, i think there is some misunderstanding and i like to express my views:
    To ZEE, the success of this show is measured by the no of SMS’s received. They are least bothered about whether an Indian or a Pakistani wins.
    Similarly for the mentors. Sa re ga ma pa is their publicity platform also. Their individual fan base helps much. In my opinion, at this moment, Himesh has larger base than other mentors.
    The way Amanat & Aneek touched my heart, Raja never could do it. But Raja has a very good fan base, which put him in no 1 spot for some weeks.
    Amanat has the best training of the three and beyond doubt he is a very good singer. After seeing Amanat, I never after watched ‘Indial Idol’ & ‘Star voice of India’ which are aired almost at the same time in India. I suspect, Aneeks youthfulness, sweet voice and romantic feeling has done the trick. Forget about ‘Hindustan’ & ‘Pakistan’, I have enough doubt, under normal circumstances, if a Rajasthani will vote for Aneek or vice versa.
    Very recently, Aneek has been able to create a large female fan base and I feel they have influenced the result.
    Last : The winner or looser in these SMS based reality shows doesn’t matter much. Nobody knows where are the other ‘Indian Idols’ like Avijit Swant, Sandeep Acharya, Kazi, Ruprekha, Debojit. The most important thing is – Have they won the heart of the music lovers? The answer is yes for both Amanat and Aneek and they are here to stay in the music industry. I look forward to purchase their first album.

    I loved some of the episodes where Amanath sang Hungama kyon barpa, Tujse naaraz nahi zindagi, Aneek sang sandese aate hain.. the one Janab Lallo Prasad Yadav Ji participated. Simply superb. I dont think any other programe can match this.
